On Tuesday 5th August 2025, our film is Mr Burton, certification 12A, which was released in 2025.
The tale follows Rich Jenkins, a wild schoolboy who is the son of a heavy-drinking miner and an English teacher, Philip Burton, who saw his potential. It is a poignant, untold story of how Rich Jenkins transformed into Richard Burton, the greatest star Wales has ever known.
A Mr Burton stars Toby Jones, Lesley Manville and Steffan Rhodri.

The film starts at 7.30pm. We open our doors at 7.00pm, so that viewers can get comfy (bring cushions if you wish) and buy hot drinks, wine, beer and soft drinks. By popular request we also have ice creams for sale too and have an interval in which to enjoy them.
