Helen went to school in Bedford after which her job took her around the world, spending time living in London and Hong Kong.
Helen returned to the area and moved to Biddenham in 2014.
She works in Employee Engagement and Organisational Culture. After many years working for large global organisations, Helen now works as a freelance strategic consultant. Alongside this, Helen chairs the national UK charity Working Families, and is on the board of The Central Bedfordshire Group.
