About the Back Up Trust

The Back Up Trust is a charity that supports individuals, regardless of age, injury severity, or mobility level, whose lives have been affected by spinal cord injuries, by helping them rebuild independence, confidence, and purpose.

Through peer-led rehabilitation services such as wheelchair skills training, mentoring by people with lived experience, vocational support to aid return to work or school, adaptive sports and activity courses, and family support, they foster a supportive community that challenges perceptions of disability and empowers people to get the most out of life.
